My name is Chris. Yes, that is me with no hair. I work in the corporate world by day and moonlight as a cook/baker. I have a long-term affair with food since I was 7 years old. Thanks to my mother, I was always surrounded by her wonderful cooking ranging from Chinese, Malaysian to Italian cuisines. I was exposed to a professional kitchen at the tender age of 13 working as a dishwasher at my aunt’s restaurant and where my mum was one of the cooks.
My passion for food continues as a hobby. I have fine tuned my culinary skills by attending the Personal and Leisure Chef course conducted by at-Sunrice Global Chef Academy in Singapore.
